Gang Leader: After his heartfelt message to Prabhas, Nani announces release date of his next film
A day after sending best wishes to Prabhas for Saaho, Nani has announced the release date of his film, Gang Leader. The film, which was clashing with Saaho is now releasing on September 13, 2019.
The teams of Nani's Gang Leader, Suriya's Kaappaan, Bandobast are among few other films that have delayed their film's release for Prabhas' Saaho. Saaho was initially slated for its worldwide theatrical release on August 15, however, the makers postponed to August 30th. Due to this, the other filmmakers decided to postpone their respective films. A day after sending best wishes to Prabhas for Saaho, Nani has announced the release date of his film, Gang Leader. The film, which was clashing with Saaho is now releasing on September 13th.
Sharing the new release date poster, Nani wrote, Ashta Chamma Bhale Bhale Magadivoy I missed you September! Let’s do it one more time." A day before, Nani shared an unseen photo with Prabhas along with a heartfelt note that read, "#Saaho is our film which is making noise nationwide and when it succeeds its our celebration.wishing Prabhas Anna and team nothing less than a huge blockbuster on August 30th #GANGLEADER release date will be announced tomorrow."

Anirudh is composing music for Gang Leader. Nani recently tasted success this year with his film Jersey, based on cricket. In the film, Nani will be seen as the leader of a gang, consisting of five women from different age groups.
