EXCLUSIVE: Pooja Hegde reveals about the emotional moment with Mahesh Babu & Maharshi team at the wrap up bash

Before she shifts her focus to the third schedule of Prabhas starrer directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, the stunning actress Pooja Hegde has geared up for the release of much anticipated film Maharshi, opposite Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu. The film is about three friends played by Mahesh Babu, Allari Naresh and Pooja Hegde. The makers of the film recently hosted a grand wrap up party on the last day of the shoot. The entire cast and crew looked super happy as they celebrated the film’s wrap up. The party became all the more special in the presence of Mahesh's wife Namrata Shirodkar and daughter Sitara.

We recently got in touch with Pooja Hegde and the gorgeous beauty shared about how emotional it was for the entire team after they finished filming at the wrap-up bash. The actress revealed, “It was really an emotional moment, I think because we have been through this journey...there were highs, lows everything for so long  together...wrap up for any film is so emotional. The team had done a really nice set up with cake then they started playing Choti Choti Baatein...So it was kind of emotional moment for me.”

The South beauty further added, “Film is like a baby you know and we are just very emotional now as the baby would now go out to the world and hopefully, people are going to like it.”

Pooja Hegde, who will soon be seen in the Bollywood film, Housefull 4, also shared about the fondest memory on the sets of Maharshi. The actress shares, “Dehradhun was nice...we had a good time shooting there...but I think the wrap-up and the last day of the shoot was very memorable because we felt so emotional.”

Talking about her chemistry with Mahesh Babu, Pooja Hegde says, “So far in my all films people always say that my chemistry is very great and it is a very big compliment for me you know to be able to maintain that with my co-stars be it with Allu Arjun or Tarak (Jr NTR). I’m really happy about that.”

Maharshi is being produced by Sri Venkateshwara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies and PVP Cinema. The film is superstar Mahesh Babu's 25th film. The major part of the film has been shot in the USA. Maharshi is all set to release on May 9, 2019.
