Vijay and Nayanthara's sports drama Bigil is all set to release this Diwali. Directed by Atlee, the film is creating the much-needed buzz ahead of its release. The trailer of the film was released a couple of days ago and it took social media by storm. Vijay's power-packed performance in the trailer has set high standards and cine-goers are eagerly looking forward to this one big film. Meanwhile, the makers of the Thalapathy Vijay and Nayanthara starrer have released a new song, Verrekkiddam. 

Said to be the biggest single of the year, Verrekkiddam is packed with all things mass. Thalapathy Vijay dancing to the power-packed AR Rahman single from Atlee's whistle is truly momentous. Nayanthara took to Twitter and shared the Verrekkiddam's lyrical video in Telugu version. Plug your earphones, listen to the song and you will surely hit the repeat button. Bigil is one of the much-awaited films of the year and with every new release until the film's release is leaving fans curious to know what's in the store next.

Bigil also stars Indhuja, Kathir, Anandraj, Jackie Shroff, Varsha Bollamma, Amritha, Yogi Babu, Vivek, Indraja, Gayatri Reddy among others. The music of the film is given by AR Rahman and cinematography by GK Vishnu. Bigil will see Vijay in dual roles as father and son, Rayappan and Michael, respectively.
