Bigil Movie Box Office Collection: Vijay and Nayanthara starrer creates havoc as it enters Rs 100 crore club

Thalapathy Vijay starrer Bigil, which released on October 25th, has entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club within a few days of its release. The film is doing extraordinary business not only in Indian but internationally too. Directed by Atlee, Bigil has done phenomenal business over the long Diwali weekend. Trade analyst Ramesh Bala took to Twitter and shared about Bigil's massive box office collection. He wrote, "#Bigil has done more than ₹ 100 Crs+ in #India alone.. #Diwali 2019 Long Weekend.." The sports-drama has earned approx Rs 7 crore in Chennai and is expected to continue the same trend in the coming days. 

Titled Whistle in Telugu, this Vijay starrer is unstoppable as it earned Rs 7.75 crore approx in AP/TG. In the USA, Bigil has earned $18,275 (Rs 92 Lakhs) on Monday while Karthi's Kaithi has collected $12,004 ( Rs45 Lakhs approx). The Atlee directorial has managed to grab 5th position at the worldwide box office for the Oct 25th to 27th. In Norway, Bigil becomes the highest-grossing Tamil movie of 2019. Bigil also features Jackie Shroff, Nayanthara, Kathir, Yogi Babu and Vivek in crucial roles. Well, this is for the third time that Vijay and Atlee are collaborating for a film.

Bigil sees Vijay in dual roles, as a father and a son. As shown in the trailer, he plays the coach of a women's football team as the son. The much-awaited film has released to around 4200 screens all over the world.
