Kiccha Sudeep’s Bigg Boss Kannada 7 witnessed an interesting twist as two of the contestants – Gurulinga Swami and Ravi Belagere left the glasshouse this weekend. Here’s what happened.
The recently launched popular reality show Bigg Boss Kannada 7 is going through some interesting twists and turns these days. The first week of the show was a complete roller coaster ride and it did manage to keep the audience hooked. Adding on to their curiosity was the first elimination of the season. While six contestants were nominated for elimination this week – Kuri Prathap, Gurulinga Swami, Chaitra Vasudevan, Ravi Belagare, Chaitra Kottur and Raju Talikote – it was Gurulinga Swami who was the first one to get evicted from the show.
Interestingly, the first weekend of Bigg Boss Kannada 7 also came with a major surprise for the audience as another contestant also walked out of the show. We are talking about the noted journalist Ravi Belagere who has finally quit the show being hosted by Kiccha Sudeep. To note, Ravi, who had re-entered the show lately following his ill health, was a guest contestant in the Bigg Boss house. The makers had decided that Ravi will be leaving Bigg Boss Kannada 7 after his staying inside the glasshouse for a week.
For the unversed, Ravi, who was among the 18 celebrity contestants of the show, left everyone shocked after he fainted on the first day of the show. It was reported that Ravi fainted due to low blood pressure after which he was rushed for an immediate medical check-up. Furthermore, the media reports also suggested that the senior journalist had decided to quit the show given his medical condition.
In fact, he had even sought permission from the makers to let him walk out of the show. However, the makers convinced him to return to the glasshouse for a week as a guest contestant. And as he completed his stay in the house, Ravi got an emotional farewell from the housemates. To note, Ravi had developed a great bond with the inmates within a short period. While it was quite an emotional moment inside the BB house, Ravi promised to stay in touch even after the show.
