Actress Anushka Shetty injured her leg while shooting for Chiranjeevi's film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, in which she will be playing a cameo
The gorgeous Anushka Shetty, who is best known for her character Devasena in Prabhas starrer Baahubali, is currently busy gearing up for Surender Reddy’s directorial Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. The actress will be playing a crucial cameo in the film produced by Ram Charan and according to the buzz, will be seen as the narrator. Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is a Telugu historical war drama, the filming of which began on 6 December 2017 in Hyderabad.
Other than Anushka, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy stars Chiranjeevi, Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu, Nayanthara and Tamannaah. Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan will also be making a guest appearance in the film. He will be playing the role of Chiranjeevi’s mentor in this magnum opus and is very excited for the same. The story is based on the life of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy from Rayalaseema who revolted against the British, and Chiranjeevi will be seen in the lead role. The film is slated to release on October 2, 2019.
According to reports, Anushka met with a small accident on the sets of the film a few days back and has been asked to rest for some time. While shooting for an important scene, the actress fractured her leg but did not want the news to get out.
