Asuran: Dhanush announces the release date of the film; fans can't keep calm
Tamil star Dhanush took to Twitter and announced the release date of Asuran. The fans of the actor just can't keep calm as the actor announced the release date of his next.
Last seen playing an accidental gangster in Vada Chennai and later in Hollywood film, The Extraordinary Journey of The Fakir, Dhanush will be seen in an upcoming film Asuran. Directed by Vetrimaaran, the shooting of the film kick-started on the Republic Day this year, January 26, and is currently progressing at a brisk pace. The film has been in the news since its inception and has set high expectations among the audience. Finally, the Maari 2 actor, today, took to Twitter and announced the release date of Asuran.
Dhanush tweeted, "#Asuran #oct4 2019 release" and fans of the Tamil star just can't keep calm. Reportedly, Malayalam actor Manju Warrier will be seen in the film and it will mark her Tamil debut. Manju will be seen playing Dhanush’s wife while actor Karunas’s son Ken Karunas has been roped in for a key role in the film. Asuran marks Dhanush and Vetrimaaran's fourth collaboration together. Their last film Pakkiri did not do well at the box office but Dhanush's role managed to win the hearts of the audience.
S. Thirunavukkarasu who handled the camera for the film ‘Petta’ will be handling the cinematography for Asuran. The film is produced by Sashikanth under the banner Y NOT Studios.
According to reports, the story of the film revolves around Dhanush who will be seen playing the role of a father and son in the revenge-thriller. He will be seen in a never seen before a strong role.
