Andrea Jeremiah opens up on how her relationship with a married man let to depression
Andrea Jeremiah recently opened up about her then partner who had abused her physically and mentally. Post which, she was diagnosed with acute depression.
Andrea Jeremiah, who made her acting debut with Girish Karnad's theatre production Nagamandala, had been away from the limelight since a very long time. The Tamil and Malayalam actress recently hit the headlines as she opened up about going through depression and how she dealt with it. Andrea was recently in Bengaluru for the launch of her book, Broken Wing. According to a report published in Indiaglitz, the actress also opened up about how a relationship with a married man led to depression.
When she was asked about the reason behind writing the book of poems, Andrea opened up about her then partner who had abused her physically and mentally. Post which, she was diagnosed with acute depression. Andrea Jeremiah recently took to her Instagram account to share about her book and wrote, "This book of poems is a handcrafted labor of love. It took a lot of courage for me to share something so personal with the world, so please treat my offering with the respect that it deserves."
In another post, she also spoke about her stressful lifestyle. She said, "My stressful lifestyle was draining me out physically, mentally & emotionally, so I decided to unplug for a bit"
Andrea Jeremiah was last seen in Vetrimaaran's film Chennai Vada opposite Dhanush. The film received a positive response from the audience and critics alike.
