Now, there is a strong buzz in Kollywood that this film will have Academy Award winner AR Rahman as its music director. If the reports are to be believed then superstar Ajith and AR Rahman will be teaming up after a long gap of 13 years. The duo last worked together on a film titled Varalaru. This film was directed by K.S Ravikumar and was released in the year 2006.
The film, AK-60 will be directed by H Vinoth. The film is co-produced by Zee Studios. The film, Nerkonda Paarvai which has megastar Ajith in the lead is a Tamil remake of Bollywood film called Pink. Ajith will be playing the role essayed by superstar Amitabh Bachchan. The film has an impressive star cast. Nerkonda Paarvai will feature actors like Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang and Kalki Koechlin. Bollywood's stunning actress Vidya Balan will also essay a part in this film.
