Adipursh: Prabhas welcomes & shares stunning photos with Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh as they join Om Raut's film
Kriti Sanon took to Twitter and expressed that she is proud, honoured and beyond excited to be a part of Prabhas starrer Adipurush.
Prabhas starrer Adipurush is one of the much-awaited Pan-India films that the audience is eagerly looking forward to. The upcoming magnum opus also has Saif Ali Khan as Raavan. The star cast of Adipurush is only getting better and bigger as Kriti Sanon and Pyaar Ka Punchnama fame Sunny Singh have joined the team from today in Mumbai. Prabhas took to Instagram and shared a few happy photos with Kriti and Sunny as they kickstart their new journey with Adipurush. Kriti Sanon will play Sita opposite Prabhas in Om Raut's directorial while Sunny Singh ha joined the star cast as Lakshman.
"A new journey begins.. #ADIPURUSH This one is too special.. Proud, honoured and beyond excited to be a part of this magical world (sic)," Kriti expressed her excitement on being a part of the film. Sunny Singh, on the other hand, wrote on Twitter, "Joining the celebration of good over evil, excited to be a part of the #Adipurush family." The team is shooting for the much-anticipated mega-budget film in Mumbai, which is set to release next year in Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil.

Earlier, speaking to Pinkvilla, director Om Raut revealed to us, "I had done a research on this in the past. The lockdown was a blessing in disguise for me. As a writer, I could be in my place and plan this whole project. There was this script that I had on my mind and that's how Adipurush happened. I had written one draft years ago but we changed a lot of things when we revisited the idea now."
"The idea is to bring a technique that has never been used in films before. I love making it look grand and visually stunning," he added.
