Rosé reveals poster for solo debut live & tracklist for R; album crosses 400k pre orders

The highly-anticipated album of BLACKPINK member Rosé is at the top of the pre-order charts already! The pre-orders were open on and from March 4 and as of March 7, it was at 200k+ pre-orders on Ktown4u. Today, YG officially announced that the album had surpassed 400k pre-orders! The album was hit by a controversy but the fandom’s loyalty chose to not get distracted and focus on their idol’s debut release.

While BLINKs celebrated this feat, YG dropped the teaser of her exclusive debut live after a few hours. As fans have been waiting for so long, this will give a chance to Rosé and BLINKs to spend some time together and look forward to the album. The LIVE is scheduled to take place approximately an hour before the release, on VLive. It will also give the fans a special glimpse of the album!

Check out the timings in the teaser poster below:

The recent controversy that shook YG Entertainment and BLACKPINK was regarding the poor treatment and false promises of the agency to the fans. BLINKs took over Twitter on March 9, expressing their disappointment towards the agency and the lack of promotions for Rosé’s first debut album and Lisa’s poorly edited ads. The delay in dropping the tracklist made fans angry and they speculated that this is not going to be a mini debut album (which, reportedly was promised by YG) but just a single track album. The tracklist was then released on 8.30 PM IST yesterday, which shows the title track, On The Ground, and the song Gone, previewed in their first virtual concert, The Show.

The album title R will be released on March 12, 2 PM KST.
