Red Velvet Yeri’s long awaited season 2 of web show Yeri’s Room gets abruptly cancelled
Dum Dum Studio announced a sudden cancellation of the star’s show on March 5
Sad news for ReVeluv - in a sudden announcement, Dum Dum Studio uploaded a post on its official Instagram account informing the audience that there will be no Season 2 of Yeri’s Room. Hosted by the Red Velvet member Yeri, it was a web talk show where Yeri would interview other Korean idols and celebrities and play games with them.
Yeri’s Room was an entertaining place for fans and actors to have a fun time and get to know each other better. This was the 22-year-old singer’s first solo variety talk show and it was loved by fans across fandoms. Hence, fans were waiting with bated breath to know the launch date of season 2. The sudden cancellation news took many fans by shock. Produced by SkyTV and SM C&C, the cause of the cancellation is apparently some unforeseen business circumstances on the side of SM C&C.

After such a fun and incredible trailer, it was hard to imagine that the show would ever get cancelled. From guests like SHINee’s Key, Sandra Park, TWICE’s Nayeon, Super Junior’s Choi Siwon - many idols have been a part of the show and joined hands with Yeri to create amusing content in each episode.
