Record of Youth Ep 9 Promo: Park Bo Gum's popularity reaches new heights; Park Seo Joon's cameo tease shown

*SPOILERS ALERT* Record of Youth Ep 8 saw Sa Hye-joon's (Park Bo-gum) acting dreams come one step closer as he bags a role in a medical drama titled Gateway starring alongside Lee Hyun-soo (Seo Hyun-jin). What starts as one autograph turns into full-blown fan meetings with cosmetic commercials coming his way as well. There was also the adorable romance between Hye-joon and Ahn Jung-ha which is getting serious as they finally said "I love you" to each other.

The next episode's promo begins with Hye-joon's supportive grandfather Sa Min-gi (Han Jin-hee) proudly proclaiming to their family, "Don't you know that Hye-joon is a star now?" We're then taken to a premiere which is filled with paparazzi and before Hye-joon's handsome appearance, we get a glimpse at the highly-awaited Park Seo-joon cameo which sees the Dream star decked dapperly in a suit waving at the cameras. We then see Hye-joon getting interviewed during a press conference for his other drama which also stars Park Do-ha (Kim Gun-woo) and Won Hae-hyo (Byun Woo-seok).

As for Jung-ha, the makeup artist is apparently working on something which she hasn't told her boyfriend yet as she wants a "good relationship for them." Moreover, Min-gi has been chosen for an advertisement which gets "congratulations" out of Hye-joon's mother Han Ye-sook (Ha Hee-ra) while Hye-joon's father Sa Young-nam (Park Soo-young) gives a somber reaction.

Jealousy is at its peak for Do-ha who yells at his agent Lee Tae-soo (Lee Chang-hoon), "I cannot let Hye-joon beat me. You said you care about me. Then what can you do for me?" On the other hand, Hae-hyo's mother Kim Yi-young (Shin Ae-ra) confronts her son saying, "How could you disappoint me when I did all I could to support you?" Jung-ha has an emotional embrace with her father as she says, "I always tell myself that I must be strong. I don't want to rely on someone."

At the ending few seconds, we have Hye-joon narrating, "Someone of this era who people can relate to and find comfort in," while staring outside the bus window.
