PLAYGROUND: TXT & ENHYPEN will face off and show their strong chemistry in Lunar New Year Special variety show
Big Hit groups TXT and ENHYPEN are all set to participate in a Lunar New Year Special variety show, PLAYGROUND, to air on JTBC.
Seems like Big Hit Entertainment is really treating fans well this Lunar New Year! BTS posted a video of them making Lunar New Year cards. Jin, J-Hope, RM and Suga posted selcas wearing traditional hanboks on Twitter. Jimin and V posted heartwarming greetings on Weverse for ARMY. Now, Big Hit is amping up the excitement for Lunar New Year with novice groups TXT and ENHYPEN's new Lunar New Year special variety show PLAYGROUND.
According to a report carried out by Newsen, via Koreaboo and HelloKpop, TXT and ENHYPEN will appear on a two-day special variety program called PLAYGROUND. The labelmates will compete against one another in a friendly manner and play traditional Korean games like Yut. The senior versus junior groups will showcase their strong chemistry and bonding, in this special appearance together. In the second episode, both the groups will be playing Yut, a traditional Korean game. To make things more interesting, they will also play a traditional warm-up game prior to the actual one. The winner of the warm-up game will have a special advantage over the runner up team. Of course, the winning group will receive money as a special prize, which should fire up the competition between the labelmates.
PLAYGROUND is produced by Big Hit Three Sixty and will air on JTBC2 on February 11 and 12 at 8 am KST. It will air once again on JTBC4 on February 14, starting at 10 am KST.
