Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma Mumbai Reception: Shah Rukh Khan looks handsome in black

Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli, who married in a private ceremony in Italy on 11th December, 2017, held their second wedding reception in Mumbai today. Several members of the Indian cricket team and personalities from the film fraternity arrived at the venue.

Anushka’s first co-star and close friend, Shah Rukh Khan, also attended the grand wedding reception in Mumbai. The actor looked handsome as ever in a black coat,trousers , and waistcoat. He was all smiles as he posed for the shutterbugs.

Ranbir Kapoor, Sridevi, Kangana Ranaut, Madhuri Dixit, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, AR Rahman and Mahendra Singh Dhoni were among others who graced the event.

Shah Rukh Khan had also shared a sweet message for the newly-weds on his Twitter account. He had said, ‘’Ab yeh hui na real Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. My love to both @anushkasharma & @virat.kohli May God bless u with happiness & health.’’

Anushka made her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Since then, the two have become good friends and share a great bond with each other. And, the most interesting part is that Anushka-Shah Rukh’s movie released on the same day i.e. 12th December, 2008.

Talking about Anushka, Shah Rukh had earlier said, "I have a strange relationship with Anushka. We are fond of each other. Anushka, Deepika (Padukone), these girls have done their first films with me, so there is a different kind of relationship with them. Sometimes you take a little while to do a film after you have done your first one, but then you get into a space like this. Imtiaz was clear that this (SRK-Anushka) was the cast. Aanand had been meeting Anushka for six-seven months and I said we have just done another film. She really suited the role. It is great fun working with her."

Talking about Shah Rukh, Anushka had said, "Shah Rukh Khan is very upfront and honest. He is completely focused on his film while on set giving it his best and interacting with everyone from his co-star to the unit without any airs. I admire this about him."

Shah Rukh and Anushka will be next seen in Aanand L Rai’s next untitled film. The movie also stars Katrina Kaif in the lead role.
