Vidya Balan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Shilpa Shetty and other celebs arrive at an event

Vidya Balan, Sidharth Roy Kapur, Shilpa Shetty, Ayushmann Khurrana and other celebs were today clicked at an event in the city. Vidya looked stunning in a black and golden saree. She completed her look with gold earrings and pink lipstick. 

Shilpa Shetty looked beautiful in a casual outfit. The actor styled her look with dewy makeup and high heels. She was accompanied by husband Raj Kundra and son Viaan. 

Ayushmann and wife Tahira Kashyap also attended the event with their kids - Varushka and Virajveer. Ayushmann looked handsome in a grey suit which he teamed with sunglasses and black formal shoes. Tahira looked pretty in a black and golden outfit.

Vidya Balan has signed a biopic on former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi. The movie will be a screen adaptation of journalist Sagarika Ghose's book Indira: India's Most Powerful Prime Minister.

Talking about it, Vidya had said in a statement, "I am happy to have acquired the rights to Sagarika Ghose's ‘Indira...', because I have always wanted to play Indira Gandhi. I haven't decided yet whether it should be a film or a web series, but that will take a while anyway."

Ayushmann recently wrapped up the shoot of Badhaai Ho which also stars Sanya Malhotra in the lead role. 

Recently, when Ayushmann was asked if his kids have seen his films, he had said, “They don’t watch my films, and I do that to keep them away from the limelight. I feel that my kids should have a regular childhood, without being labelled star kids. They should be given regular treatment and shouldn’t be made to feel special… because they haven’t achieved anything. I want them to have their own path and achieve their own goals and get what they truly deserve.”
