Varun Dhawan at Shiamak Dawar's Varun Dhawan was the perfect student at his guru, Shiamak Davar’s show as he cheered on and danced through the entire time. The show performed by Shiamak’s training students was a journey of world dance. Varun who was a part of the same batch, felt at home on his favorite place, the stage.

Performing in front of a packed audience, the show was breathtaking with lifts, turns and a display of impeccable technique. From acapella to jazz, broadway to contemporary; the show was a treat to the eyes. The highlights of the show were Shiamak Style (indo contemporary and modern) and an old Bollywood medley of songs from the 1950s to the 1990s. Shiamak’s Junior Dance Company was testimony to the fact that if technique is instilled from a young age, kids develop into fine performing artists!

‘This show is a great opportunity for parents to see the progress, and understand what good training can do. Whether it is Shahid or Varun, this stage has created many stars, and for me everyone who took to the stage today is a star! Varun is really a teacher’s dream, such a fine person and so talented. It was great to have him at the show’, said Shiamak. Varun took to the stage as soon as ‘Radha’ from his movie was played, his impromptu moves had the audiences on their feet!
