Tumhari Sulu screening: Vidya Balan, Rekha, Sachin Tendulkar and other celebs attend

Today, Vidya Balan hosted the special screening of her upcoming movie, Tumhari Sulu. The event saw many celebs in attendance – Rekha, Sachin Tendulkar, Neha Dhupia and Saiyami Kher. 

While Vidya looked gorgeous in a grey saree, Rekha looked beautiful as ever in a golden saree,gajra and bright shade lipstick. The two divas were all smiles as they posed together and got clicked by the shutterbugs.

Sachin Tendulkar also arrived at the special screening of the movie. He looked dapper in a multicolored shirt and black trousers. Neha looked beautiful in a pink outfit and long earrings, whereas Saiyami opted for a black outfit for this event.

Talking about the movie Tumhari Sulu, Vidya will be seen playing the role of an RJ. Earlier, during a media interaction, Vidya spoke about her experience of filming the film. The actress had said, ‘’At this point, I would say that I have watched Tumhari Sulu and I am happy with the film. I feel we have made a good film. So, I am happy about that. I don’t think much about numbers. I feel, why should I limit myself thinking about Box Office numbers; maybe we can touch the sky.’’

"I definitely know that I've not had fun on the screen for a while. I've been playing very intense and heavy characters, and after a long time, I got to play this character, who is always smiling, laughing and making people laugh. I do think it is precious to make people smile and laugh, and if a film is able to do that, it is amazing. I was definitely missing that in my life,’’ she added.

Directed by debutant Suresh Triveni, the film also stars Neha Dhupia and Manav Kaul in pivotal roles. It is set to hit the screens on November 17, 2017.
