Sidharth Malhotra made his debut in the film in 2012 with Karan Johar's Student Of The Year. The film also starred Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in lead roles.

Well, Sidharth Malhotra revealed an interesting scoop about his life on his Instagram page today. The actor appeared on the cover page of a health magazine even before making his debut in the film industry.

On the work front, the actor was last seen in the film Aiyaary along with Manoj Bajpayee and Rakul Preet Singh.

After Hasee Toh Phasee, Sid and Parineeti Chopra will be seen together in Ekta Kapoor and Shailesh Singh’s production venture, Shotgun Shaadi. “She has given a nod to the makers. She loved the idea and her character. She is going to play the character of a dabang girl in the film,” a source informed Filmfare.

The film is based on the practice of groom abduction in North India. Reportedly, Shraddha Kapoor and Fatima Sana Shaikh were considered for the role.

The film will be directed by Prashant Singh and Sidharth has already started training for his character in the film.

In an earlier interview, Parineeti had said that Sidharth is chivalrous and well-behaved. She said that they are friends and that she admired that he is sorted and calm. About Parineeti, Sidharth had said that she is easy to get along with and is energetic. He said that they connected as they are both outsiders to films.
