This throwback picture of a laughing Taimur Ali Khan from his birthday party will melt your heart

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's son Taimur Ali Khan turned a year old on December 1, 2017, and his doting parents celebrated his birthday at Pataudi palace. Unlike a big celebrity birthday bash, Saifeena decided that the party will include only their family members - Sharmila Tagore, Randhir Kapoor, Babita Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Samaira Kapoor, Kiaan Raj Kapoor and Kunal Kapoor.

We got our hands on an unseen photo of the chote nawab from his birthday celebrations. Looking cute as a button, Taimur sported his dad's trademark traditional look  - a baby pink kurta, a white Nehru jacket and white pants along with red and dark blue socks.

Recently, in an interview with a leading daily, Taimur's grandfather Randhir Kapoor got candid about the time before his grandson was born. "I remember the sentiments we had a year ago at this time. We were waiting to know with bated breath who we’re welcoming home. And see, Taimur is already a year old! He’s handsome and has all my blessings and good wishes," Randhir revealed.  

After returning from Delhi post Taimur's birthday celebration, the trio made another appearance at the annual Kapoor Christmas Brunch. The brunch was an ode to the late Shashi Kapoor and his wife Jenifer Kendal, who started the tradition years ago. The spotlight shone brightly on Taimur who was the center of attention and even his uncle Ranbir Kapoor could not get enough of the tiny munchkin.

Saif, Kareena and Taimur are now in Europe where they will be ringing in New Years. This isn't Taimur's first trip abroad as his parents, who love travelling had earlier taken him to Gstaad, Switzerland, Saifeena's favourite holiday destination.
