TED Talks India: Shah Rukh Khan looks charming as ever as he shoots with Karan Johar
Shah Rukh Khan shot for the first episode of his TV show yesterday
Shah Rukh Khan is going to curate 14 episodes of TED Talks India: Nayi Soch. The TV show will see celebrities from different walks of life sharing their experiences on success, relationships, love, etc. It was rumored that Javed Akhtar would be the first guest on the show. However, close friend Karan Johar shot for the first episode with Shah Rukh Khan yesterday. The director shared his look from the shoot on his social media account. He spoke on the topic of changing relationships.
About the shoot, a source said, " Karan and SRK were at ease and their camaraderie was clearly visible during the episode. SRK started the shoot by having a fun and insightful conversation about Karan and their friendship. Post that KJo took centerstage and enthralled the live audience with his talk which was not just motivating but also witty and emotional.”
Ted Talks India will follow the international format wherein the speaker will present their talk for 18 minutes in front of 100 people. About the show, Shah Rukh had earlier said, “People will share stories about changes in society, in life — whether it’s about the climate, dangerous diseases or to help empower women — and all of this will be integrated. There are some beautiful stories — both Indian and international — which the team is planning to get on one platform and do a nice mix of Hindi and English speakers. I feel it will be a niche show.” The show will go on air in October and Shah Rukh is expected to wrap up filming all episodes by the end of this month.
