Tanvi Jindal who is the daughter of Sajjan and Sangita Jindal of JSW Steel, is marrying at a young age by modern India standards—she’s just 22. Tanvi who works with an NGO and her sister Tarini runs Muse, the luxury fashion store in Mumbai’s trendy art district Kala Ghoda and brother Parth is studying at Brown University.

Groom Krishna’s father Raju Shete, run the food services company Radhakrishna Group.

Tanvi Jindal and Krishna Shete’s marriage was held at Villa Le Rose, a luxurious 15th century house in Florence, owned by the son of Fashion Moghul Salvatore Ferragamo. Two decades ago, Leonardo and Beatrice Ferragamo bought the villa, and carried out a restoration project, where they fitted it with all the modern comforts while maintaining and enhancing its historical features. Spaces in the villa are now available for short or long term rentals.

Tanvi, while studying at New York University fell in love with Krishna, and with Florence. She attended the global program of New York University at Villa Le Pietra in Florence. Post completing her program there, she and Krishna decided they’d like to come back to the beautiful city, to get married
