Sridevi Condolence Meet: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan arrives at Celebration Sports Club
Veteran actor Sridevi passed away on February 24, 2018, and her mortal remains finally arrived in Mumbai last night. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was snapped at Sridevi's Condolence Meet today.
Sridevi's demise has left an irreplaceable mark in the world of Bollywood. The veteran actor passed away on February 24, 2018, due to accidental drowning in Dubai. Sridevi was in Dubai for Mohit Marwah's wedding along with Boney Kapoor and daughter Khushi Kapoor. While Boney and Khushi left for Mumbai, Sridevi stayed back.
Sridevi's mortal remains finally arrived in Mumbai last night. Anil Kapoor came to receive Boney and Arjun Kapoor from the airport and the ambulance was then taken to Sridevi's residence.
Today, the condolence meeting is being held at Celebration Sports Club, Lokhandwala. Along with the family members, many Bollywood celebrities have come to pay their last respect to the first lady of Bollywood.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was snapped at the venue as she made her way to the condolence meeting. Wearing a white salwar kameez, Aishwarya was seen making her way inside to pay her last respects to Sridevi.

Meanwhile, Sridevi's family released a statement today that read, "Khushi, Janhvi, Boney Kapoor and the entire Kapoor and Ayyappan families are deeply bereaved and shocked with the untimely loss of Sridevi Kapoor. Late Sridevi Kapoor passed away in Dubai, UAE, on Saturday, February 24th. We thank the film fraternity, media, fans of late Sridevi Kapoor and all the well-wishers for their prayers, support and sensitivity during our moment of immense grief. We request you to kindly join us in paying our last respect to a remarkable actor, beloved wife and loving mother."
