Sridevi and daughter Janhvi Kapoor make heads turn as they attend the Grand Finale of Lakme Fashion Week 2018

The Grand Finale of Lakme Fashion week saw many celebrities in attendance. Kareena Kapoor Khan turned showstopper for designer Anamika Khanna. Kareena sported an ivory colored outfit and then walked the ramp in a black saree-dress.

To support their favorite designer, mother-daughter duo Sridevi and Janhvi Kapoor attended the grand finale. Sridevi sported an outfit by Anamika Khanna and completed her look with a top bun. Janhvi on the other hand made heads turn in a quirky printed outfit. Janhvi looked breathtakingly beautiful with open hair and statement earrings. The mother-daughter duo upped the style game as they posed for the media.

Sridevi has always been a fashion icon and now, daughter Janhvi too is following in her footsteps. Janhvi has been busy with the shoot of her debut film, Dhadak. Sridevi had revealed earlier that her daughters inspire her style.

She had said, “Well, I take inspiration from them. They guide me and I enjoy that. They are...Aaj ka hai (They are the new generation). They know better. They know what is in fashion. Sometimes you are in your own world. As a mother, I have other things to take. But, I enjoy asking them and we share. Sometimes, they ask me whether it looks good or not, what to change. The same way even I...we share each other's taste."

Janhvi has completed the first schedule of her debut film with Ishaan Khatter. The film will release in July this year.
