SPOTTED: Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput on the sets of Kedarnath in the city

Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s gorgeous daughter, Sara Ali Khan is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath. The film is set against the backdrop of Uttarakhand floods.

Sara will reportedly be playing the role of an affluent tourist in the film, where as Sushant will be seen playing the role of a pitthoo.

The stars wrapped up the first schedule in Uttarakhand and has now started shooting for the second schedule. A source told a leading daily, “They have replicated the entire holy city at a whopping cost. A model of the Kedarnath temple has also been designed. Since the film is an inter-faith love story, set against the backdrop of the devastating Uttarakhand floods, the makers plan to shoot the flood sequences now. Hence, this will be the city that will go under the water. Huge water tankers, too, are going to be made available for the shoot.”

Sara and Sushant were clicked on the film’s sets. Sara looked stunning in pink casuals and Sushant was dressed in an all-black outfit. Sara and Sushant were seen interacting near their vanity vans. Also, clicked with Sara, was director Abhishek Kapoor.

The reason behind constructing such a huge set is to shoot the flood sequence. The set reportedly cost 7 crores to build. The film will be releasing on 21^st December, 2018 and is a much awaited one.
