Spotted: Arjun Kapoor looks dapper at a gym launch in Delhi

Today, Arjun Kapoor was clicked by the paparazzi at a gym launch in Delhi. He looked dapper in a shirt teamed up with black trousers and shoes.

Also spotted at the event were Sanjay Kapoor and Chunkey Pandey. While Sanjay looked hot in a black jacket and white tee teamed up with denim, Chunkey looked handsome in a black tee and denim. He completed his look with shades.

Recently, there were reports that Arjun Kapoor would play Kapil Dev in a film based on India’s unexpected victory at the cricket world cup in 1983. Now it’s being said that Arjun has been replaced by Ranveer Singh.

The film will be written by National Award-winning director Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan. It’ll be co-produced by Phantom Films and the founder and managing director of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL), Vishnu Vardhan Induri.

Arjun Kapoor’s last outing was Mubarakan, which also starred Anil Kapoor, Illeana D’Cruz and Athiya Shetty in lead roles. In the movie, Arjun played a double role. The movie did a decent performance at the box office.

"I am really happy. The whole idea of doing this film was to make a family entertainer and to know that so many people are going to watch it with their families, friends and relatives and actually going back again to watch it because it is making them smile and laugh... It just makes me happy," Arjun told in an interview. 

"Obviously you want your producers to make money, you the want people to enjoy the film, you want your films to be appreciated and that pressure is always there, but the film you do after this one always gets as much more."
