Sonam Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor at the launch of 24 India trailer
The fashionista Sonam Kapoor along with sister Rhea Kapoor attended the trailer launch of the TV series 24 featuring their dad Anil Kapoor.
Anil Kapoor stars as ATU Chief Jai Singh Rathod in the series. The show marks the television debut of the Bollywood superstar and is backed by a stellar cast comprising of Mandira Bedi, Neil Bhoopalam, Tisca Chopra, Anita Raaj, Ajinkya Deo to name a few. The show will also see interesting cameos by celluloid stars like Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi, Rahul Khanna and Richa Chadda.
Anil Kapoor said, “The moment I was offered to play a role in the international series, I had made up my mind to bring this iconic show to India. In fact, India is the only country outside the US to adapt 24, and I am glad that my friends and colleagues have supported me in my venture. It feels like a dream come true!
