Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja attend the special screening of Bhavesh Joshi Superhero

Harshvardhan Kapoor is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Bhavesh Joshi Superhero. Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, the film which features the young actor as a vigilante and marks his second cinematic outing post his debut in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Mirzya.

Bhavesh Joshi Superhero is slated to hit the theatres on June 1, 2018 and ahead of it’s release, the makers organized a special screening for family and friends. Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor came to watch the film with Boney Kapoor. Newlyweds Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja also arrived for the special screening.

The lovebirds posed for the shutterbugs together as they came to support Harshvardhan Kapoor’s film. Clad in a traditional weave floral print saree, Sonam looked stunning as she paired her six-yard attire with a purple oversized cropped shirt blouse. Anand, on the other hand, looked dapperin a denim blue shirt paired with black pants and sneakers.

Interestingly, Harshvardhan’s film will battle it out with sister Sonam Kapoor’s Veere Di Wedding at the box-office tomorrow. The screening of Veere Di Wedding was organized yesterday.The film has been produced by Rhea Kapoor.

About the clash with his sisters Sonam and Rhea, Harshvardhan had earlier told Mid-Day that it was a calculated and unemotional move to release both the films at the same time, since they didn’t get the film’s music finished on time.

Sonam, on the other hand, said at a media interaction that if her film were to clash, she would rather have it clash with her brother than anyone else.
