Sonali Bendre's son Ranveer Behl posts a photo having a moment of happiness amidst his mom's treatment
Sonali Bendre's son Ranveer Behl took to his Instagram page and shared a photo while taking a walk in Central Park, New York. The young lad is in the US, where Sonali is getting treated for her cancer.
July 2018 started on a sad note when Sonali Bendre revealed that she is diagnosed with high-grade cancer. The actor took to her social media pages and spoke at length about it. Sonali also said that she has headed to New York with husband and filmmaker Goldie Behl and son Ranveer Behl for her treatment.
Today, we got our hands on a photo of Ranveer shared by him on his Instagram page amidst his mom's treatment. In the candid photo, he is seen with Vihaan Oberoi, son of Gayatri Joshi (Swades fame). He captioned the photo clicked in New York as, "IDK"

A few days back, Sonali shared her latest photo posing with her son Ranveer and she wrote a prolonged note disclosing about her illness to her son. Sonali had said, "From the moment he was born 12 years, 11 months and 8 days ago, my amazing @rockbehl took ownership of my heart. From then on, his happiness and well-being have been the centre of anything @goldiebehl and I ever did. And so, when the Big C reared its ugly head, our biggest dilemma was what and how we were going to tell him.
As much as we wanted to protect him, we knew it was important to tell him the full facts. We’ve always been open and honest with him and this time it wasn’t going to be different. He took the news so maturely… and instantly became a source of strength and positivity for me. In some situations now, he even reverses roles and takes on being the parent, reminding me of things I need to do!"
