Sidharth Malhotra promotes Aiyaary at a BSF Camp; Sushmita Sen celebrates Republic Day with daughter Alisah

Sidharth Malhotra, Rakul Preet and Manoj Bajpayee are busy promoting their upcoming movie, Aiyaary. 

On the occasion of 69th Republic Day, the trio celebrated the event with Army Jawans at the BSF camp at Wagah Border. They were seen posing and clicking pictures with the Army Jawans. 

Earlier also they had visited a BSF camp in Jaisalmer. Sidharth celebrated his birthday along with 16 Jawans who shared the same birth date as him. They even cut the cake and clicked selfies and pictures. 

Overwhelmed by the celebrations actor Sidharth Malhotra had said to the army officials, "I feel very special, thank you so much for entertaining us so well and celebrating my birthday. Thank you, Ajay and Amit sir (Army officers), when we did activities throughout the day with you, we realized how hard you work for our security. We just wanted to spend a day with you, some recreation, singing, dancing, this is all that we can give you back because what you all do for us is too high in value, what we are doing for you is too less. I'm hoping that you continue to protect us and we come back to entertain you. Thank you so much for making it special."

Meanwhile, Aiyaary will be clashing with Akshay Kumar's PadMan as the latter shifted the release date to February 9, 2018.

When asked Sidharth about it, he had told a leading daily, "For us, our life is back to square one. We thought we were being gracious enough and moving forward for an easy and solo release so that more people can see our film. It was also more of a production call and rightfully so because the numbers are affected in a way. But we were never shying away from a clash, it was purely to avoid three films coming on January 26."

Sushmita Sen was also clicked in the city today. She celebrated Republic day with her darling daughter Alisah Sen and other kids. Sushmita looked gorgeous in a red shirt and blue denim, while Alisah looked cute in a white top and shorts.

The mother-daughter duo was seen posing and clicking selfies with other children.
