Sidharth Malhotra celebrates his 33rd birthday sans Alia Bhatt, spotted with friends in the city

Sidharth Malhotra, who made his Bollywood debut with Karan Johar's Student Of The Year has come a long way and proved his versatility by trying his hands on varied genres.

Today, the actor turned a year older and celebrated his birthday with close friends in the city. He was all smiles as he got clicked by the shutterbugs. Sid even posed with his friends for the cameras.

Sidharth looked handsome in a blue sweatshirt and rugged denim. He styled his look with white sneakers.

Another party was held on Monday night for Sidharth’s birthday celebrations which was attended by his close friends and filmmaker Karan Johar. However, Sidharth’s rumored girlfriend, Alia Bhatt was not present at the party. 

Sid, who is busy promoting his upcoming film Aiyaary, also celebrated his birthday with Army Jawans at the BSF camp in Jaisalmer. He visited the BSF camp with director Neeraj Pandey and his co-stars Manoj Bajpayee and Rakul Preet Singh. 
 
Sidharth celebrated his birthday along with 16 Jawans who share the same birth date as him. They even cut the cake and clicked selfies and pictures.
 
Overwhelmed by the celebrations actor Sidharth Malhotra said to the army officials, "I feel very special, thank you so much for entertaining us so well and celebrating my birthday. Thank you, Ajay and Amit sir (Army officers), when we did activities throughout the day with you, we realized how hard you work for our security. We just wanted to spend a day with you, some recreation, singing, dancing, this is all that we can give you back because what you all do for us is too high in value, what we are doing for you is too less. I'm hoping that you continue to protect us and we come back to entertain you. Thank you so much for making it special."
