Sidharth Malhotra-Aditya Roy Kapur hit the gym; Harshvardhan Kapoor launches Bhavesh Joshi Superhero trailer

Sidharth Malhotra, Aditya Roy Kapur and Harshvardhan Kapoor were snapped in the city today.

On the work front, Sidharth Malhotra will soon begin work on the biopic of Kargil martyr, Vikram Batra. As per reports, Sidharth has also signed Ekta Kapoor’s Shotgun Shaadi which is based on the issue of groom kidnapping in North India.

Aditya Roy Kapur will soon commence shooting for Abhishek Varman’s film Kalank. He is paired opposite Sonakshi Sinha in the film that is based in the 1940s.

Harshvardhan Kapoor was snapped at the trailer launch of his upcoming film Bhavesh Joshi Superhero. He was accompanied by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane.

Talking about the film, Vikramaditya stated at the trailer launch, "We all are big fans of graphic novels and I feel I am able to create the first superhero (I guess). This script has come out of the frustration that is there in every Indian Citizen."

In the trailer, Harshvardhan along with his friends start a YouTube channel where they indulge in a fight against injustice. One of his friends gets murdered by the local authorities which make Harshvardhan determine to become a superhero and save the city.

How he trains in martial arts, learns about advanced technologies, fight against the ill-treatment of the city make for the whole trailer of Bhavesh Joshi Superhero.

Bhavesh Joshi Superhero also stars Priyanshu Painyuli, Ashish Verma and Shreiyah Sabharwal in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Eros International, Reliance Entertainment, Vikas Bahl, Madhu Mantena and Anurag Kashyap.

The film is slated to release on May 25, 2018.
