Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Sidharth Malhotra join the ‘Jersey Gang’ at Yash and Roohi’s birthday party

Karan Johar celebrated his twins’ first birthday yesterday. He invited his friends from the industry with their kids to make the day special for his children, Yash and Roohi.

Karan’s industry friends, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Arpita Khan Sharma, Mira Kapoor, Abhishek & Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and others came in with their children. Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan were also clicked at Karan’s residence.

Sidharth Malhotra posted a lovely photo today, from Yash and Roohi’s birthday bash. He is seen sporting ‘Roohi and Yash’ tees and is clicked with Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Kaajal Anand. Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Karan Johar are close friends and made interesting revelations about each other on BFFs with Vogue.

Sidharth Malhotra made his Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s Student of the Year and considers him his mentor. Karan had revealed earlier that Sidharth visits his residence often to spend time with Roohi and Yash.

In an interview with us, when asked if the twins have started recognizing his face, Sidharth had said, “Well, they are too young. I meet them at intervals so I keep seeing new features and new sounds that they keep making and new gestures that they keep having.”

He had added, They are the cutest kids that I have met in recent times and I hope they recognise me soon. So far they have been really nice to me making all the sounds aahh, ooowhen they see me.”
