Shloka Mehta-Akash Ambani arrive with Mukesh and Nita Ambani at Sonam Kapoor’s reception party

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s reception party was hosted at a five-star hotel in the city. B-Town stars came to congratulate the couple. Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Salman Khan, Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh, Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan graced the reception party. Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and other family members performed for the couple.

The Ambani family also arrived to congratulate Anand and Sonam. Nita and Mukesh Ambani arrived with son Akash Ambani and would-be daughter-in-law Shloka Mehta.

Akash and Shloka looked lovely as they posed for photos. Shloka opted for a multi-colored lehenga, whereas Akash opted for a grey-colored suit. Check out the photos:

Akash and Shloka got engaged in Goa in March. The couple is all set to tie the knot in December this year. The wedding will be a four-five day affair in Mumbai. Akash’s twin sister Isha Ambani also got engaged over the weekend to Anand Piramal. Wedding bells are set to ring in the Ambani household.

Nita Ambani had told Bombay Times, “Mukesh and I have given very strong foundation to our kids and even larger wings to fly - they have the freedom to take decisions for themselves and of course, choose whom they would want to spend the rest of their lives with. Marrying the one you love is gratifying and heart-warming. I have known Shloka since she was four and we are all delighted to welcome her to our home and our hearts.”
