Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor have a busy day in the city

Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor were papped in the city today. While Shahid was clicked outside Ekta Kapoor's office, Shraddha was spotted post an ad shoot. 

The actor looked handsome in a black outfit. He was busy on the phone as he got clicked by the paparazzi. Shraddha kept it cool and casual in a blue dress.

Shahid Kapoor is currently busy with the shoot of Shree Narayan Singh’s Batti Gul Meter Chalu. The film is based on the subject of power theft. Shahid has been shooting for the film in Tehri, however, he contracted a viral infection and had to fly back to the city.

“Shree Narayan Singh, in Toilet Ek Prem Katha, talked about issues women faced with open defecation. Now he has chosen the electricity issue which will make the film very relatable to the common man,” Shahid had earlier said about the film in an interview.

The actor will also be conferred with Dadasaheb Phalke award for his spectacular performance in Padmaavat. He essayed the role of Maharawal Ratan Singh in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus Padmaavat and received rave reviews for his portrayal.
 

Shraddha is juggling between shoots of three different films at the same time – Batti Gul Meter Chalu, Stree and Saaho.

There were also reports that Shraddha was approached for Salman Khan's Bharat. However, she refuted the rumors saying, ''There are a couple of films that my name is being associated with when I haven’t even been approached. But the fact is that the only films I am working on are Batti Gul Meter Chalu, Stree and Saaho. My producers will announce if and when I sign another project. Till then please don’t believe any speculations."
