Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Aanand L Rai celebrate R Madhavan's birthday on the sets of Zero

Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma are currently in the US shooting for the film Zero. The film is being directed by Aanand L Rai and also stars Katrina Kaif in the lead role.

Actor R Madhavan will have a special role in this Aanand L Rai film. Even he has accompanied the team to the US where they are currently shooting in Alabama.

Madhavan turned 40 on June 1. The actor celebrated his birthday with the team of Zero. He took to his Instagram page to share photos of his birthday celebration from the sets of Zero.

In one of the photos, SRK is feeding cake to the 3 Idiots actor. 

Madhavan captioned the photos, "Crazyyy Funnnn Birthdays.. oh man .. Unforgetable..."

Along with Madhavan, actors like Sridevi, Karisma Kapoor, Jimmy Sheirgill, Kajol will also have a special cameo in the film.

In Zero, SRK plays a double role and one of it is of a vertically challenged man. Anushka Sharma plays the role of a scientist and Katrina Kaif will be seen as an actor in the film. Abhay Deol will play Kat's love interest.

In January, the first teaser for Zero was released. Fans were impressed to Shah Rukh Khan in the dwarf avatar. 

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Aanand L Rai was all praises for Khan. He said that SRK's approach to work is very exciting and he is quite energetic like the young actors. He even thanked the lead actors of Zero for giving him his space as a director and acting as his support system.

Zero is slated to release on December 22, 2018.
