Salman Khan arrives at Boney Kapoor’s residence to pay last respects to Sridevi

Veteran actor Sridevi’s mortal remains were brought to her home in Lokhandwala, Mumbai. Sanjay Kapoor, Boney Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor were in the chartered flight that brought Sridevi’s body to India.

Fans have flocked outside Sridevi’s residence to pay their tributes to the actor. Mohit Marwah, Sandeep Marwah and Anil Ambani arrived a while ago.

Superstar Salman Khan who is very close to the Kapoor family reached Sridevi’s residence to pay his last respect to the celebrated actor. Salman Khan and Boney Kapoor share a close bond. Salman has worked in Wanted, No Entry – films that are produced by Boney Kapoor. In fact, Boney Kapoor was soon going to approach Salman Khan with a script for his next film.

The family shared today that the fans and well-wishers will be able to pay their last respects to Sridevi tomorrow morning. The last rites will take place at 3.30 PM.

Sridevi passed away on Saturday night in Dubai after slipping in her bathtub. She lost consciousness and passed away. ‘Accidental drowning’ was revealed as the cause of her death as per forensic report.

Stars like Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Shah Rukh Khan, Rajnikanth, Kamal Haasan and others were spotted at Anil Kapoor’s residence in the city. They met the bereaved family and offered their condolences.

Sridevi was 54 and is survived by husband Boney Kapoor and daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor. Sonam Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor and other members of the Kapoor family have been consoling Sridevi’s daughters.
