Anushka Sharma joins Virat Kohli in Sri Lanka
Indian cricket team is currently playing a Test series against Sri Lanka. Indian team will be playing a Test series, 5 One Day Internationals and a Twenty20 series. Indian captain Virat Kohli has been stationed in Sri Lanka since mid-July and is likely to be there until September first week. Rumored girlfriend Anushka Sharma was seen leaving for Sri Lanka a couple of days ago. She has joined Virat Kohli and the two are spending quality time in Sri Lanka.
The couple also took a brief vacation in Newyork earlier this year. Virat had posted a photo of the two of them in Newyork City and had captioned it, ‘Much needed break with my ❤’. Anushka is often seen accompanying Virat during International Cricket matches.
Initially, Anushka used to blamed for Virat’s poor performance on field when she traveled with him. Virat had taken up for Anushka very strongly. He said, “She had no relevance to the defeat. She only has a positive effect on me. But people found her guilty. Strange! My relationship with Anushka has only become stronger because of that incident. We have gone through this together. We have stuck to each other through this”.
On the eve of India’s Independence Day, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma posed for a picture with a few fans in Sri Lanka.On the work front, Anushka Sharma is currently working on her next home production Pari and will be soon starting Anand L. Rai’s next with Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
