RIP Sridevi: Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor visit Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor at Anil Kapoor’s residence

At the time when the country is mourning the death of Bollywood legend Sridevi, Arjun Kapoor, son of Boney Kapoor and his first wife Mona is making sure to be on his half-sisters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor’s, side. The Kapoor sisters are putting up at Anil Kapoor’s residence currently. 

Arjun who returned from Chandigarh yesterday had gone straight to be at their side last evening as soon he landed at the Mumbai airport.

Not just him, Anshula Kapoor was too spotted outside Anil Kapoor’s house. 

Arjun and Anshula had lost their mother a few years ago because of cancer, however, remained close to Boney Kapoor. However, the duo maintained a cordial relationship with their late stepmom Sridevi. 

Mohit Marwah, who recently got married, also visited AK’s house this evening. Sridevi was last seen attending Mohit’s wedding in Abu Dhabi. While Boney Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor had decided to come back due to some work commitments, Sridevi had prolonged her journey in Dubai for a short break. 

According to reports, Sridevi lost her balance and got drowned in her hotel’s bathtub under the influence of alcohol. Earlier, it was speculated that she had died after suffering a cardiac arrest. However, the forensic report completely ruled out that reason. 

The mortal remains of Sridevi are highly unlikely to reach Mumbai today because of the formal procedures of Dubai police. The case has now been transferred to Dubai Public Prosecutor. The body of the late veteran actor has been released for embalming in the meanwhile. 

Many celebrities including Madhuri Dixit, Rani Mukerji, Karan Johar, have visited the bereaved family as soon as the news broke.
