RIP Krishna Raj Kapoor: Randhir Kapoor, Babita Kapoor arrive at the Chembur house
Randhir Kapoor, Babita Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Aadar Jain were spotted at their ancestor house in Chembur where Krishna Raj Kapoor's mortal remains will be brought in for last respects. Krishna ji passed away earlier morning today.
Raj Kapoor's wife and the legendary 'leading lady' of the Kapoor clan, Krishna Raj Kapoor, is no more. Krishna ji passed away this morning at around 4 am at the age of 87. She was complaining of breathlessness for the last couple of months. Her demise has come as a rude shock to everyone. The beautiful lady, who stole Raj Kapoor's heart, was the spine of the first family of the film industry who loved her to the T. Her funeral will take place today at around 5: 30 PM in Chembur, where she breathed her last.
A while ago, Randhir Kapoor, Babita Kapoor, Aadar Jain, were spotted at their ancestor house in Chembur. The family looked deeply pained and were seen prepping up for the last respects. Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, among others are expected to attend the last rites of their grandmother. She was a lovely lady, according to many amongst the film fraternity and her demise marks an end of an era for the Kapoor family. Check out their photos right here:
Since morning, many from the Bollywood fraternity have expressed their sadness over this unfortunate demise. From Anupam Kher, Raveena Tandon, Neetu Kapoor, Ridhima Kapoor Saini to Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, Aamir Khan, everyone took to their social media pages to mourn the demise. Many are expected to attend the funeral which takes place today evening.
