Ranveer Singh had a strong bond with his sister Ritika Bhavnani and it is evident from his loving messages to her time and again. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, the vivacious star of Bollywood took to his social networking handle to share a childhood picture of himself and his dear sis.
Ranveer had spoken about his sis saying, "Yes. I am very transparent with my real sister. I have had different phases with my sister, but what it has evolved into now is that she is like the second mother to me. She knows everything about me and I don't even think about it for a nanosecond before I vomit out everything in front of her about my life. We are closer than ever before now. I am very protective about my sister. I mean she is my life, so what more can I say than that. She is like my maa. She is my life. However, she doesn't talk to me about herself as much as I talk to her about myself. But, that's how she is as a person.”

On the work front, Ranveer is busy with his Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie Padmavati. The movie also features Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor, and is set to release in November. Other than this, Ranveer will also be seen in the Zoya Akhtar movie Gully Boy opposite Alia Bhatt.
