One of the biggest and long awaited releases of 2018 is Simmba starring Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan. There is a certain sort of anticipation in the fans to see this fresh jodi onscreen. The trailer has already hit the web and the viewers have loved it. With power-packed performances by Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Sonu Sood and Siddharth Jadhav, Simmba surely promises the audience a lot more than what they saw in the trailer.
Ranveer took to Instagram to share a caricature of his character and it looks completely badass. It will be interesting to see Ranveer in the cop avatar. Meanwhile, at the trailer launch, Ranveer Singh shared his experience of working with Rohit Shetty and said, “I have been a huge fan of Rohit Saab for a long time. He is one of the greatest commercial filmmakers. I have been a huge fan of Singham franchise. I had been waiting to be a part of Rohit Shetty's film but it's not easy to get into his films. You have to earn the right to be in his world.”

Simmba is a remake of a 2015 Telugu film, Temper. The movie will also feature Singham aka Ajay Devgn whose entry in the trailer left everyone completely surprised.
Simmba is being produced by Karan Johar and is helmed by Rohit Shetty. It is slated to release on December 28, 2018.
