Facing flak for Saifai, Madhuri takes to Twitter to defend the celebs

However, the celebs got their share of flak for this act. Apparently, people were not too happy with the high profile event going on during the tough times of deaths happening due to sever cold in Muzaffarnagar relief camps.
However, Madhuri Dixit who was one of the performers, took to Twitter to clarify the situation. "As artists and celebrities, we believe in using our reach to help others through drawing attention to the needs of the day."
She also added, "For UP, on behalf of the artists who performed at Safai, Being Human is donating Rs. 25 lakhs to Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College."
