Ranbir Kapoor’s mom Neetu Kapoor shares a photo of Alia Bhatt from Brahmastra sets on her birthday

Alia Bhatt is currently in Bulgaria where she is shooting with Ranbir Kapoor for Ayan Mukerji’s next, Brahmastra. There have been reports that Alia and Ranbir have come closer during the film’s prep and shoot. Shutterbugs captured Alia and Ranbir at each other’s residences. They were also clicked on many movie outings, giving rise to these speculations.

However, in an interview yesterday with a leading daily, when Alia was asked about her rumored relationship with Ranbir Kapoor, she said, “Even I get really confused when I read such things, but I strongly believe that 'silence is golden'. It's not as if I'm never going to have a personal life. I will and I do have one, but I feel its called 'personal' for a reason. That's why it will always stay close to me.”

Today, Ranbir Kapoor’s mother Neetu Kapoor who is in Bulgaria posted a photo of Alia Bhatt from the sets of the film. “Birthday girl in her own world #brahmastra@aliaabhatt #ranbirkapoor,” she captioned the photo. Film’s director Ayan Mukerji can be seen around Alia Bhatt in the photo.

Neetu Kapoor also shared another photo from Bulgaria and posted, “A Bulagarian custom .. thread tied in the month of March for good health.”

About her birthday plans, Alia had shared that Ayan has planned a birthday dinner for her. She also said, “I feel, ‘age is just a number’, and I believe that. Your experiences make you mature. But honestly, I still feel like a child. In terms of maturity, I feel I have more responsibilities because I live alone now. That has been a big change in my life. I guess the people around me, such as my father or mother, would be able to say whether I have matured or not.’’
