Raksha Bandhan 2018: Priyanka Chopra wishes her brother; Deepika Padukone promises to protect her sister
Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram to wish her brother Siddharth Chopra on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. On the other hand, Deepika Padukone shared a throwback photo with sister Anisha Padukone and promised to protect her forever.
Today is the ultimate day to celebrate sibling love as Raksha Bandhan is upon us. All the brothers and sisters let go of their daily nok-jhoks and shower each other with a lot of love. Even Bollywood celebrities celebrate this festival with a lot of love and adoration. Many took to their social media handles to wish their siblings including Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone. Both the actresses shared photos with their siblings on Instagram and it speaks of their eternal family bonds.
Priyanka's photo with brother Siddharth Chopra is all things love as she strikes a pose with Sid flaunting his rakhi and PeeCee showing off her Rakhi gift. It's one of my favorite festivals where the sister ties a sacred thread around the brother's wrist for protection, symbolic of the beautiful bond between siblings. On the other hand, Deepika shared a cute throwback photo with her darling sister Anisha Padukone and it is adorable beyond words. Deepika's caption reads as, "like always... I promise to love you, protect you and bug you...forever! I love you smallie... @anishapadukone."
