Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have taken their relationship a level ahead. They are now man and wife. Just like DeepVeer, they too got married in two ceremonies - Christian and Hindu. PeeCee and Nick's family and close friends were a part of this royal wedding. A few pictures and video from Mehendi and sangeet functions are already out and are doing the rounds on the internet. We are happy that our desi girl has finally found her perfect partner and we can't wait to see pictures of her dressed as a bride.
After the extravagant style wedding at The Umaid Bhavan in Jodhpur, the couple will be hosting a grand reception in Delhi. PeeCee's sister Parineeti Chopra has landed in Delhi as the reception is tomorrow. We have got the photos of Parineeti from the capital city. She is seen wearing a red over jacket with a white tee and denim. She seems busy on the phone. Pari also took to Instagram to share the details of the sangeet ceremony. She wrote, "For our SANGEET, the Chopra family decided to depict Mimi didi and Nick's love story though songs, scenes and skit - full bollywood style!!! The whole family rehearsed for days and days. And were ready to beat the Jonas side hollow!!! But when the ladka wallas came on stage, they stumped us. They had been rehearsing for a long time. They sang and danced LIVE, including lip syncing hindi songs!!!!!! Damn, we should have known. All of this - but the spirit of competition was overpowered with love, happiness, laughs, whistles, cheering and noise!!! Wow wow wow. WHAT A NIGHT. P.S. We shared the trophy."
Talking of PeeCee's Delhi reception, we told you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and big political names would be a part of the reception. Priyanka has actively been a part of many social ventures and has always made sure that she helps in the upliftment of the society. PeeCee is also the face of many government initiatives and hence she has sent invitations to the political giants of India. The Delhi reception will also have her family and family in attendance.
Reportedly, Nick Jonas had proposed to our desi girl on her 36th birthday, i.e. July 18, 2018, in London. The couple got engaged in July after a whirlwind romance of two months. The roka ceremony and party pics were posted by the couple which broke the internet.
Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are officially the power couple of 2018. Nick and Priyanka made an appearance at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. When Nick was asked about their celebrity nickname, Priyanka shouted ‘Prick’ and Nick laughed and said, “I don’t like that one.”
