Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim are all set to star in Shonali Bose's upcoming directorial titled The Sky Is Pink. The film is based on the true story of Aisha Chaudhary and her family.
The Sky Is Pink is produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur under his home banner Roy Kapur Films. The production house's official Instagram page took to their stories and shared several photos of the lead actors at a popular studio in the city yesterday.
They shared a candid click of Priyanka walking towards the sets and said, "And she is back! @priyankachopra Exciting times ahead" They also posted a photo of Farhan by saying, "Ready to roll!! @faroutakhtar"
And finally, a candid photo of Zaira, who will be seen as Aisha in the film. Talking about the photo, they said, "The beginning of a beautiful journey... @zairawasim_"

A few days back, Akhtar wished Priyanka on her birthday by tweeting, "Happy birthday @priyankachopra .. may your passion for all you do remain unbridled as always and may time always remain deservingly meherbaan to you.. big hug"
She replied to him saying, "Thank you @FarOutAkhtar it’s always fun with u around. Can’t wait to c u on set!"
Priyanka returned to the city yesterday and started working immediately.
