Preity Zinta at Millennium Development Goal 6 forum Shewas invited to MDG 6 forum because she is a UNAIDS goodwill ambassador.
It was a three-day International Forum on Millennium Development Goal 6 began Oct 10 in Moscow.
The objective of the forum will be to halt and reverse the spread of HIV, malaria and other diseases by 2015, the statement from the UN said.
The forum is being organised by the government of the Russian Federation, a Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) and partners.
The Forum will bring together high-level representatives from government, civil society, the private sector and the scientific community.
