Prem Katha is an upcoming 2011 romantic drama film, written and directed by Gautham Menon, featuring Prateik Babbar and Amy Jackson, in her Bollywood debut, in the lead roles. It is the remake of Gautham Menon's own 2010 Tamil film "Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa".
Amy Jackson won the Miss Teen World competition in 2008.
