Pictures: Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif reunite after 7 long years

Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif ruled the box-office in the early 2000s with their crackling chemistry on-screen. The two have worked together in many super hit movies like Namastey London and Singh Is King. However, it’s been ages since we saw the two amazing actors sharing the same screen space. 

Well, for all those who have been longing to see them together, here is a treat. Today, Katrina and Akshay were clicked at the ‘9th Akshay Kumar Kudo Tournament’ in Mumbai. The two superstars met after a long hiatus of 7 years.

The Humko Deewana Kar Gaye stars sealed the moment with a selfie. Katrina even admitted that it is Akshay who clicks better pictures than her. She captioned the pic, “Akshay ……… you were right u take better pics than me ….. finally a picture together after a longgggggg time …. love u.’’

In an earlier interview, Katrina had admitted that she thinks she and Akshay make a great pair. “I think Akshay and I make the best pair ever! It may be politically incorrect to say this, but it’s a fact! We have given some big hits together. I would love to do another great film with him,” she had said. 

On the professional front, Akshay Kumar is all set to be seen in R Balki's directorial PadMan which is also Twinkle Khanna's debut production under her home banner Mrs Funnybones Productions. It is all set to release next year on April 13, 2018. Along with Akshay, the movie also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in pivotal roles. The movie will also see Amitabh Bachchan in a cameo. 

Katrina, on the other hand, is gearing up for Tiger Zinda Hai, which also stars Salman Khan in a lead role. The movie helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar is slated to release on December 22, 2017. The movie which is a sequel to Kabir Khan's Ek Tha Tiger will see Katrina play the role of Zoya.
